Independent assistance

Visa India Global Service (VIGS) is a private documentation-assistance provider. VIGS is not VFS Global or a government authority. Government approval and processing times are not guaranteed.

Fees

Checkout shows a combined application fee and the final total, including a 2.1% surcharge rounded to the nearest cent. The final amount is shown before payment. Passport surrender has a USD 300 flat fee for all surrender cases. For complicated cases, speak to an agent at +1 309 291 1294 before paying.

Your application details

Confirm that your selected application type is correct. Contact VIGS before payment if you have special circumstances, penalties or an application category not shown. You are responsible for providing accurate information and complete supporting documents.

Payment confirmation & invoices

Payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Starting checkout or returning to the website is not proof of payment. Once payment is confirmed, the paid invoice PDF is emailed to the customer address supplied at checkout.

Cancellations & refund requests

Contact VIGS at services@visaindiaglobalservice.com with your invoice reference to discuss a cancellation or refund request. Amounts already remitted to third parties are subject to their applicable rules. Ask VIGS to confirm the applicable cancellation and refund terms before paying if you need clarification.
